The Safety Planning Outreach project is part of BHFT's suicide prevention work. It’s a complementary service to offer follow up support to those patients who have not met the threshold for secondary care intervention and would ordinarily have been discharged back to the care of their GP. Referred patients work with a Safety Planning Outreach Worker to get support, guidance and help in making connection with relevant community support services.The trust intend to award the contract to an existing provider under Direct Award process C of the Provider Selection Regime. The value of the contract is £83,983.40 ex VAT. The service will be provided 26/03/2025 - 25/03/2026

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 24th March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
