This requirement meets the criteria above because Undivided Ltd delivered Phase 1 of
the brand narrative work and therefore has unique, in-depth knowledge of Sport
England’s strategy, positioning, stakeholders and organisational context.
This continuity is critical to ensure the integrity, consistency and effective activation of
the brand narrative as it moves into a broader and more complex Phase 2 scope. The
expanded programme builds directly on intellectual property, strategic thinking and
relationships established in Phase 1, meaning Undivided is uniquely placed to deliver the
work efficiently, coherently and at pace.
