The Contractor or company working on their behalf will be required to provide evidence that they hold :
a current and valid Waste Carrier Licence /Registration and Registration number. Copy of these should be provided with Contractors tender proposal.
All lifting equipment supplied must comply with LOLER regulations
All vehicles used must comply with the Road Traffic Act
The final disposal site for the waste items should hold an appropriate waste management licence as awarded by a regulatory authority.
Goods Vehicle Operators Licence
Contractors driving operatives proposed to be undertaking skip hire deliver/uplift service should hold HGV Operators Licence including Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC) and where required ADR licences

Financial data for last 3 years.
Council shall undertake a financial check on the supplier using creditsafe and may ask for further information from the bidder where it deems it necessary.
- Technical & professional ability
The Contractor or company working on their behalf will be required to provide evidence that they hold :
a current and valid Waste Carrier Licence /Registration and Registration number. Copy of these should be provided with Contractors tender proposal.

-Contractor shall hold the following environmental standard(s)/accreditation(s):
ISO 140001:2015 Environmental Management System, Ecostars 5 star Rating or equivalent
Minimum: Tenderer shall comply with all the minimum criteria in the tender scope of requirements.
