Official UK procurement notice
Small Estates, Sydenham Hill & Longland Court Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services
Authority: The Mayor and Commonalty and Citizens of the City of London (Local council)
What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe City invites Bidders to complete and submit a request to participate in the Procurement for the provision of a multidisciplinary consultant to provide a range of services in relation to the delivery of works across three sites: Small Estates, Sydenham Hill Estate and Longland Court on the Avondale Square Estate. Please refer to the brief for the full scope.
The estimated duration of the contract is 4.71 years.
The estimated contract value given at sections 31 and 32 is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £42,462.85.
- Not divided into lots: Due to their geographical spread, it is envisaged that the three projects will be delivered as separately tendered packages of work, but in order to accelerate the programme, they will be delivered concurrently. This is because the work is considered urgent due to the ongoing electrical compliance breach. There will also be an advantage to the Corporation of economies of scale, due to the shared consultancy services being provided.
- How the procedure runs: This Competitive Flexible Procedure will be conducted in two (2) stages: • Stage 1 – Invitation to Participate (ITP) • Stage 2 – Invitation to Tender (ITT) The Invitation to Participate (ITP) will comprise of Suppliers being asked to meet the conditions of participation and respond to a technical question based on previous contract experience / contract examples. Following assessment of the responses, the City will notify suppliers in writing to confirm the outcome of the assessment and whether or not they have been successfully shortlisted to participate in the ITT stage of this procurement. The assessment will be undertaken in accordance with the methodology set out in the tender documents.
