Published requirement descriptionFramework for the supply and installation of solar panels across five lots with an additional lot for a consultant to carry out post installation checks. Panels to be installed in line with the IET code of practice for grid-connected solar photovoltaic systems.

- Price carries 30 points on every lot: a 10% discount moves about 3 points.
- “Solar Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
