This call-off contract is for the provision of a Staff and Student Portal for Ulster University.

Ulster require a portal that will be more user centric and provide an improved experience to prospective students, current students, staff, alumni and possibly adhoc groups.

The portal should be a SaaS implementation and provide Single Sign On to the various university systems e.g. Blackboard VLE, Talis, Banner, CoreHR, E5 and other bespoke systems.

This contract will be for the design (but not bespoke design), implementation, training of staff and maintenance and licensing of the software solution. Additional information: This call-off contract was awarded via a shortlisting exercise under the G-Cloud 12 Framework Agreement Framework reference: RM1557.12.

Delivery: Northern Ireland · All Campuses

Extensions: The Services shall commence on 1 September 2021 for an initial period of two (2) years with the option to extend for any periods up to and including 24 months.

1 supplier was shortlisted from 7 due to the rest being fundamentally different from our requirements and would not offer a solution to our needs.
