- Change From 7th February 2023 the Annual Value will be £350,421 3 Additional Beds were purchased from 6th October 2022 through to 31st December 2023. Estimated to have a maximum cost of £59,245.15 (Fixed Cost £17,710.15 + Variable Cost £41,535) A further 3 beds were purchased from 1st January 2023 through to 31st December 2023 which has a maximum annual cost of £47,396.12 (Fixed Cost £14,168.12 + Variable Cost £33,228). This will bring the maximum Total Contract Value to: £1,795,977, Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: Due to mandatory participation in the National Transfer Scheme, West Berkshire District Council has experienced an unexpected increase in demand for this service. West Berkshire District Council have modified the current agreement with Step By Step to increase the contract value to respond to this increase in demand.
