Additional information: Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents. <br/>The Buyer may extend the Contract for a period of up to 3 Months by giving not less than 4 weeks’ notice in writing to the Supplier prior to the Expiry Date. The Conditions of the Contract shall apply throughout any such extended period.
