What is being bought

Published requirement description

GMCA procured services for the recruitment, training, deployment and quality assurance of System Leaders in Education - Careers (SLEs). This is a service provided by GMCA to the stakeholders in the Careers Hub to progress the delivery of careers in the Greater Manchester Strategy (GMS).

The initial contract period will be from the 31st August 2026 - 30th August 2027 with a contract value of £34,000 excluding VAT. There is the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months.

The assessment criteria is as follows: Delivery Model 40% Recruitment and Engagement 30% Quality Assurance and Reporting 20% Social Value 10% The budget for this opportunity is fixed, and therefore there is no price weighting.
