What is being bought

Published requirement description

The Housing Executive requires a contract for the Supply and Delivery of Homeware and Home Appliance Bundles (Tenancy Starter Packs) for its new tenants who have experienced homelessness (and a small number of existing tenants by exception). The estimated number of households rehoused by the Housing Executive, and eligible for a Pack per our criteria, is circa 3,000 households per annum. This is not a guarantee of order but is a probable estimation of demand.

Review procedure

The Housing Executive observed a minimum 10 day standstill period from the point information of the contract award was communicated to tenders in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Appeal procedures are specified in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Publisher note: The Contract will be for an initial 12 month period with an option to extend for any period or periods up to and including 60 months. The Contract value provided in section II.1.7 in this notice is the value for the maximum Contract Period including the potential extension periods and has also been adjusted to allow for potential inflationary increases in accordance with the conditions of contract.
