The door repairs and renewals schedules were revised post-tender, and the final scope may change depending on the condition of the doors at the time of installation. Some the secondary classroom doors have been damaged since the March survey, which were not included in the current pricing. If additional damage is identified before the October half-term works commence, costs may increase to accommodate emergency replacements or structural adaptations.
