Traffic Regulation Order Advertisment 2025

TfL is responsible to the Mayor and the Greater London Assembly for the delivery of transport services in London. This includes the maintenance and operation of 580km of main roads, operating bus and other transport services and congestion charging in the Central London Area. Part of this responsibility is to give notice of our intentions to execute either temporary or permanent restrictions/changes to road usage. It is a legal requirement that TfL advertise these restrictions/changes to allow an opportunity for objections to be raised.

This PIN is the first stage of this early market engagement. This is to inform the market of TfL's business requirement for our Traffic Regulation Order Advertisment and how to register their interest.

The MSQ seeks to obtain feedback from the market in relation to the project and its

requirements.

Interested parties are invited to complete the MSQ and return their responses.

Any feedback received will be reviewed, analysed, and may be considered by the project

team in developing any subsequent procurement strategy for any potential procurement

activity.
