This ‘Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication’ meets the requirements of The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015; Regulation 33(1)(b)(ii) as there is only one supplier who can deliver auditing to achieve the particular specialist dual accreditations that Forestry and Land Scotland require.
