What is being bought

Published requirement description

This is a transparency notice to inform the market that the Department will award a contract to Xoserve for the provision of gas related data to support DESNZ schemes. The contact shall be in place for 24 months. The value of this agreement is up to £260,000.

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) is exploring possibilities for targeted support to domestic gas consumers, and other DESNZ policy schemes. To support its design and delivery of future policy, it has requested gas usage data, which includes gas usage data for all domestic properties.

Due to the nature of the services, proportionality and relevance, the Department has determined that social value in not planned to apply to this contract.

The standstill period shall end 09/10/26
