The Council will notify unsuccessful bidders who will not be invited to the second stage and the successful bidders who will be invited to the second stage of the procurement Stage 2- . Invitation to Tender (ITT) - The selected Suppliers following the PSQ stage who meet the conditions of participation will be invited to submit a full tender.
