What is being bought

Published requirement description

CPI is seeking first stage tender returns from vendors to inform CPI of vendor capability to provide process technology, design and build of an Acrylonitrile monomer polymerisation process under a NEC4 Engineering and Construction contracting basis and associated NDA.

  • How the procedure runs: Suppliers are invite to submit stage 1 returns for assessment and is to consist of sufficient information to assess bidder qualification, capability, compliance and outline proposals. The latter stage 2, of which bidders will be invited to participate pending evaluation of submissions to stage 1 return, will focus on the detailed technical and commercial submissions from shortlisted bidders.
