We intend to run a tender across three lots, each lot delivering a core technology set upon which new services are built. This tender is not to build out those services in their entirety. The need is for a partner(s) to deliver the underlying platform technologies.
The partner(s) will have a proven track record of delivering the technologies specified. We will have a clear view of the technology components needed but these will not be new to partners. The intent is to use existing proven technology in the marketplace to provide new capability.
