The contracting authority wishes to purchase additional services which are the same as those already supplied. A change of supplier would result in receiving services that are different from services already received. Additionally, there is an absence of alternative providers able to deliver the apprenticeship training at the required level, aligned to the specific business tools of the Council.
The funding for this agreement is via apprenticeship levy's; both the allocation of the contracting authority and levy transfer from employers with surplus funds.
