This is a continuation of services provided from June 2026. The work builds directly on activities already completed and
requires continuity of approach and understanding. The supplier possesses the detailed knowledge and expertise necessary to support the successful delivery of this additional requirement. The Project Director role will become vacant for the CCE in October 2026. This is an unforeseen vacancy. The additional support is critical to the project progression and success.

Udavey Ltd is a long-established consultant on the project and possesses the detailed knowledge and expertise necessary to support the successful delivery of this additional requirement. The work builds directly on activities already completed and
requires continuity of approach and understanding. Appointing an alternative supplier would result in programme delays, duplication of effort, and a loss of continuity, increasing delivery risk and reducing efficiency.
The Project Director role will become vacant for the CCE in October 2026. This is an unforeseen vacancy. As Udavey Ltd has previously stepped into the Interim role during a period of medical leave, and with Udavey Ltd's unique background and knowledge, it will be critical to ensure the Project's continuity at a critical phase in its programme.
