Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight 19th March 2026. Any representations should be sent to michael.barlow1@nhs.net <br/><br/>The contract(s) have not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award contract(s) under the competitive process of the PSR.<br/><br/>The award decision-makers are the NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board. The decision to award the contract was made by the NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board's Procurement Panel. There were no declared of potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the award decision.<br/><br/>The scoring criteria for the Basic Selection Criteria Questions were either evaluated as Pass/Fail or For Information.<br/><br/>The Key Criteria Questions were evaluated as scored sub-weighted questions, as follows:<br/><br/>Quality and Innovation - 23.00%<br/>Value - 15.00%<br/>Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability - 26.00%<br/>Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating Choice - 24.00%<br/>Social Value - 12.00%<br/><br/>Specsavers Optical Superstores Limited; Scrivens Limited; Audiological Science Ltd; DMC Healthcare Ltd; LATUS GROUP (UK) LTD; Her Health Partnerships Ltd; James Hearing Ltd; Community Health and Eyecare Ltd; Modality LLP; South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust; and Jacob and Joe, each achieved an aggregate score in excess of the 60.00% Key Criteria threshold set by the Commissioners. Therefore, the Commissioners intend to award a zero volume, zero value contract to each provider (subject to agreement). Each contract is cost and volume, there is no guaranteed income level.
