Published requirement descriptionThe Council's requirement under this Contract is for the delivery of Contracted Civil Enforcement Services in line with Environmental Protection Act and Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act. The Contractor will be required to deliver patrol based services and call of enforcement activity in line with legislation and best practice. The contract will include the issue of fixed penalty notices, income collection and the preparation of prosecution files.
- Recurrence: This is an ongoing service which is retendered every 48 months. The next tender notice will be published in September 2025
