How this buyer will score bids.

Lot distribution rule: Potential Suppliers are invited to tender for one or more of the Lots. \nThe Council reserves the right to restrict positions on any of the Lots where a Potential Supplier has submitted multiple bids, and this poses a risk to the Council by way of business continuity.
What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 60 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 6 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
  • “Design Consultancy Services Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
