- Review procedure
The Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point when information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI20105/102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High court (England, Wales, Northern Ireland)
Publisher note: The City of Doncaster Council’s assessment is that it is not expedient nor in the public interest to carry the award procedure to its conclusion. This is due to the unsuitability of responses received and insufficient degree of competition to the open procurement procedure issued
