This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice following a competitive process for Integrated Healthcare Services (excluding Dental) at Oakhill Secure Training Centre. <br/><br/>The commissioners were seeking a provider who could deliver high quality care which is flexible and meets the varying patient needs.<br/><br/>The Service will commence on 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2030 (4 years).<br/><br/>The total contract value including extensions is £8,000,000<br/><br/>The award criteria and weightings for this procurement was: <br/><br/>Key Criteria: Section 1: Quality & Innovation (including bidder interviews) - 29%<br/>Key Criteria: Section 2: Value (Price/cost submission 30%) - 35%<br/>Key Criteria: Section 3: Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability - 12%<br/>Key Criteria: Section 4 Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice - 14%<br/>Key Criteria: Section 5: Social Value - 10%
