What is being bought

Published requirement description

Conwy County Borough Council and Denbighshire County Council wish to jointly contract a concession contract to service Household waste Recycling Centres within the counties (there are 2 HRCS in CCBC and 3 HRCs in DCC). The successful contractor will be able to charge visitors to the sites for DIY / Construction waste and retain the income. www.conwy.gov.uk/en/Resident/Recyclin… ↗ . The provision and operation of one reuse shop within each of the counties will also be essential.
