Type
Closed framework
Call-offs
every call-off is a further competition among the appointed suppliers
Framework period
4 yrs from 1 Dec 2025
Published description of the framework

All bidders that pass the Selection Questionnaire element, meet the requirements of the Price elements [and achieve at least a minimum score of 3 or above on any of the quality questions will be awarded a place on the framework.

A cascade system will be used to award call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement. This means that in the first instance a call- off will be made with the highest scoring bidder. Should the highest scoring bidder be unable to accept the call-off it will be offered to the next highest scoring bidder, and if necessary the subsequent next highest scoring bidder, etc.  unless the requirement exceeds 15K then we will run a mini competition as stated below.

Mini competitions will be used to award call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement above 15K.  All parties awarded to the framework [for the particular requirement] will be invited to compete for each call-off.

Every one of these 8 lots carries the same published figure, £56,250: it is the framework's maximum for the whole notice, not each lot's own budget, and no share per lot is published. The cards below say ceiling above rather than repeat it.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 70 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 7 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
  • “Landscapes Aggregates Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract: each call-off is a further competition, so the pricing contest starts after appointment.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
