• nuisance, trespass, obstruction or interference with any easement, tight of light, air, water or way;

happening during the period of insurance and arising out of pollution but only to the extent that the

insured can demonstrate such pollution was the direct result of a sudden, identifiable, unintended and unexpected incident that takes place in its entirety at a specific time and place.

Including Defence Costs within the limit of indemnity

Indemnity against all sums the insured becomes legally liable to pay for damages and claimant's costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with any negligent act, error or omission relating

to a breach of statutory duty by the insured.

Including Defence Costs within the limit of indemnity

Indemnity against all sums the insured becomes legally liable to pay for damages and claimant's costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with any:

i. advice, design, consultancy, specification or formulae given or undertaken by the insured;

ii. breach of professional duty by the insured.

Indemnity against all sums the insured becomes legally liable to pay for damages and claimant's costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with any negligent act or omission relating to

information recorded or provided or made available on questions of fact regarding land, buildings or other records provided by the insured.

Indemnity against all sums the insured becomes legally liable to pay for damages and claimant's costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with loss of earnings by any person as a result of

compliance with any public health legislation invoked by the insured.
