Whilst LA's are not legally required to maintain a housing register we are required to have

an allocation scheme which identifies who qualifies for social housing / how applications

are priorities and procedures for allocation properties.

As a nonstock holding LA, we address local housing need via nominations to Registered

Housing Provider housing stock. We maintain a housing register; we advertise and let

these properties in accordance with the Tees Valley Common Allocation Policy.

Delivery: North East

Extensions: Initial contract term of 48 months with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months at the discretion of Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
