What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “Insourced Autism Assessment Service – Children and Young People (CYP)” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period has now concluded and the contract has formally been awarded. This provides patients with greater choice and flexibility. Service users will be supported throughout the assessment journey through clear communications, screening questionnaires, information resources, discussions regarding needs and preferences, and opportunities to request adjustments before assessment. 4. Social Value (10%) Operation of an ISO 14001 accredited Environmental Management System supported by a formal Carbon Reduction Plan. The use of digital and low-carbon service delivery models, environmental monitoring, reporting arrangements and practical measures designed to reduce environmental harm. The contract dates are as follows: 01/12/2026 to 30/11/2027
