    • Change The Sheffield Crisis Café contract is being extended to allow for the contract to co-terminate with the other, similar services, being offered in the South Yorkshire region., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: When the initial contract was let, NHS South Yorkshire ICB were not aware that there would be a requirement to join all of the similar contracts around the region into one larger contract. This work is currently being completed and it is expected that a new contract will be completed for the service across the SY region.
