The Authority were looking to appoint a Supplier to carry out associated loft insulation and ventilation works to their current housing stock.

The Authority’s housing division have an energy improvement strategy to insulate our current housing stock to an adequate level to help towards the government’s target for carbon reduction.

Our aim is to upgrade all our current housing stock to help our tenants with the rising cost of living.

There are an initial 350 properties located City wide in Leicester.

Contract period: 29 Jul 2024 – 28 Jul 2026 (2 yrs)
