Published justification

A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published via Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) on 09 December 2025, with a request for interested parties to register their interest no later than 12 noon on 19 December 2025. 12 companies noted an interest by this specified closing date, and as part of market engagement for this opportunity, a questionnaire was issued to those same suppliers. Please note, only 1 company (Carrier Solutions UK Ltd (03723803)) responded to this questionnaire, and the University confirmed that they can fulfill the requirements set out under the Prior Information Notice (PIN).

Publisher note: In line with 72 - Modification of Contracts During their Term, of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, this Contract may be modified without a new procurement procedure in accordance with this Part in some cases. (SC Ref:826129)
