This decision has been taken as the organisation has identified a requirement to amend the scope of the contract to include Void Property Works, which were not incorporated within the original procurement documents. In addition, during the review process we identified that elements of the specification require further development and clarification to ensure that all suppliers are provided with a complete and accurate description of the service requirements. As a result, we do not believe it would be appropriate to continue with the current tender exercise. We are therefore withdrawing the procurement in its entirety and intend to undertake a new procurement exercise once the revised scope and specification have been completed. |
