Published requirement description

The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) is a collaboration between three councils: Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, and South Holland District Council. It is the largest council partnership in the UK, serving over 300,000 residents across 1,112 square miles.

In South and East Lincolnshire, there is an ongoing demand for temporary accommodation.

To meet this ongoing demand for temporary accommodation, the Councils have become increasingly reliant on nightly-purchased accommodation from a wide range of providers.

It is important that the Councils regularise their expenditure on temporary accommodation with its appointed suppliers to ensure its compliance with procurement regulations and legislation, and to ensure the provision of safe and high-quality accommodation standards for its residents.

How this framework works

From the published notice
Type
Closed framework
Call-offs
call-offs are awarded directly to appointed suppliers, without further competition
Framework period
3 yrs · up to 4 yrs from 6 Jan 2026
Published description of the framework

The successful suppliers will be ranked overall based on their price and quality submission. The Councils will use this ranking system to contact providers, though, if there are specialist requirements, the Councils will go directly to providers who can provide those needs. This may include support for individuals with alcohol or substance misuse issues, provision of culturally sensitive services, or accommodation tailored to specific workplace arrangements.
