Published requirement description

The equipment required is an optical imager for the assessment and measurement of tumour size in a mouse model of brain tumours. The equipment should be highly sensitive with the capacity to detect a luciferase-derived bio-luminescent (or GFP-) signal with a background subtraction capability for minimising auto-fluorescence with spectral un-mixing capacity.
