What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 60 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 6 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

No agreed KPIs: Given the short duration and defined scope of the works, formal KPIs have not been established at contract award. The lift installation programme is scheduled over a 13‑week period, with delivery closely managed by the Contract Administrator, specialist consultants, and IDS's internal Project Manager. Due to the time‑limited nature of the project and the involvement of experienced specialist contractors, performance will be controlled through detailed programme management, contractual obligations, and continuous oversight rather than a formal KPI framework. Progress against the programme is being closely monitored throughout the delivery period to ensure timely and compliant completion.
