Published requirement descriptionSouthwark Council is seeking an accredited provider of professional housing qualifications. The successful provider will deliver Level 4 & Level 5 housing qualifications to council employees. The initial contract length will be two years. This provision will provide development opportunities for council employees, improve the general capability of our workforce and ensure compliance with the forthcoming Competence and Conduct Standard (CCS).

- Price - 70%: Please provide a fully itemized breakdown of your quotation, including hourly and fixed rate costs per level of staff member and any additional costs or fees. We anticipate that providers will set out costs for at least two delivery options: a. The cost per person for Southwark Council employees to join pre-planned courses, which may include participants outside of the council. The provider can state whether these courses would be delivered online, in-person or through a mix of the two. b. The cost per-course to deliver bespoke courses, which are limited to Southwark Council employees. The provider can state whether these courses are delivered online, in-person or through a mix of the two. Full details are contained in the Invitation to Quote document.
- Quality - 25%: Please provide a brief supporting statement setting out your approach to delivering the services and the skills and expertise at your disposal to meet the objectives and requirements of the Specification. This should not exceed two pages of A4 using Arial size 12 font. Full details are contained in the Invitation to Quote document.
