    Lewisham Council is seeking to research the market of relevant and technically capable suppliers to assist in retrofit and decarbonisation works to multi-residential housing, potentially including some design, delivery and operational services.

    The exact nature of the works and services is intended to be defined following sufficient pre-market engagement, but could include fabric and ventilation upgrades, decarbonised heating and cooling solutions, PV and battery storage installations, alongside exploration of metering and billing solutions. The scope of this market research predominantly covers design and installation, but may also explore solutions to finance, own and operate.
