The School is looking for a professional cleaning partner to manage all day to day aspects of the cleaning services on site. The incumbent contractor is Cleantec.
Grosvenor Road campus has circa 750 students and 100 staff, it occupies 5,031 M². The Upton Road campus has circa 750 students and 100 staff, it occupies 5,986 M².
Please note that the cleaning team are eligible to join the LGPS pension scheme and as of the 27th November 2020 none of the team have elected to join it. It follows that LGPS and the ability to obtain Admitted Body Status may be a requirement of the tender.
