The questions received to date have highlighted areas where we consider that the requirements would benefit from further refinement and clarification. The Council has therefore decided to discontinue the current procurement process to allow for a review of the specification and procurement documentation. Once this review has been completed and the requirements updated, we intend to publish a new Request for Quotation via ProContract. |
