Post Office is looking at using the Restricted Procedure in Autumn 2022 to award a contract.
The contract will cover the replacement of around 600 self service kiosks currently in operation and possible expansion of this offering into new branches.
Post Office is interested in a modular solution that can adapt to different settings and use cases.
The contract will include support and maintenance of the kiosks for a period of at least 5 years.
The contract is likely to involve the provision of EPOS software for the terminals but this must integrate with Post Offices product journey engines and other systems.
