Tender information: The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services to Maplesden Noakes School. The contract term will run for three years, from 1st August 2025 to 31st July 2028, with an option to extend for up to two additional years, until 31st July 2030.
This contract presents an excellent opportunity to review and propose enhancements to the current cleaning services at the school, covering both core term-time cleaning and periodic deep cleaning throughout the year.
The school is committed to providing a high-quality learning environment where students can thrive academically, supported by clean, well-maintained facilities. As such, the school expects a tightly managed service and high levels of productivity from the cleaning staff at all times.
Maplesden Noakes prides itself on its ‘family ethos’ and seeks a management style from the successful contractor that supports, encourages, and develops the cleaning staff.
While the school is not obliged to accept the lowest price submitted, it is focused on securing best value for the contract and, ultimately, for its students. Innovative and creative ideas for enhancing and improving the cleaning services will be welcomed. The school is looking for a contractor who will provide an engaged manager and supervisor, dedicated to working closely with the school and its staff to ensure the highest standards are consistently delivered.
