1.0 Scope of Services
1.1 This specification consists of three Lots. The Asset Register and Helpdesk requirements apply to all Lots. The Three Lots are:
1.2 Lot 1: Telecommunications Systems Support:
- Telecoms system support
- Telecoms Network
1.3 Lot 2: Desktop telecommunications equipment
- Soft phones
- Network management system
- Audio conferencing
- Video conferencing
- Telephony lines
- Call logger
- Voice recording system.
1.4 Lot 3: Wifi services
- NHS Public Wifi
- Audio visual equipment: C touch screens, White boards, Smart boards and Projectors
- Digital signage / Notice boards
1.5 The specification should be considered in conjunction with the Site List
