Contract period: 1 Apr 2026 – 31 Mar 2031 (5 yrs) · up to 31 Mar 2036 with extensionsValue: £7,500,000 exc. VAT · £9,000,000 inc. VAT
Delivery: North West
Extensions: As an optional extra, the Contrating Authority requires a specification and costing for the installation of a rapid-access, high capacity image archive compatible with the Total Body PET-CT system, suitable for storing up to 1 petabyte of image data. The specification should include installation of the high bandwidth connection between the associated scanner workstations to enable rapid archiving and retrieval. We are still exploring options for archive provision, and would like further information about the requirements of such an archive for this TB PET-CT system and the cost of the scanner manufacturer providing this system as part of the scanner purchase. · Extensions will be used for additional years of maintenance cover

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
