Published description of the framework
The award criteria set out in the ITT will be applied and the highest-ranking number one (1) can be directly awarded call off contracts. Trivallis reserves the right to direct award to the other successful contractors in the event that the supplier ranked number one in the framework, is unable to undertake the works required and to meet Trivallis business needs.

Trivallis are utilising Procurement Policy Note WPPN012 which means we will be looking for contractors in the geographical region of South Wales only for this tender and framework. We are supporting the Welsh Governments Wellbeing of Future Generations Act 2015 Wellbeing Goals with this tender and framework.

As defined in the legislation, we are looking for suppliers that are based or established in South Wales and have substantive business operations in this region. This means having a permanent base in the location not simply a registered office. Trivallis reserve the right to exclude suppliers that fail to meet this criteria from the Procurement.
In order for Trivallis to guarantee the correct minimum legal compliance and quality standards for this tender, suppliers must have the following third party accreditation for installation & maintenance of the following fire safety systems: Cavity Barriers, Penetration Sealing, Fire Door & Timber Fire Doors.
The Welsh Procurement Specific Questionnaire (WPSQ) will be used for the conditions for participation.
