Published requirement description

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of YPO Brand Arts and Stationery for use primarily in the education market and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Suppliers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Published description of the framework

As this is a framework whereby product will be stocked in the YPO warehouse and the items selected are to meet customer requirements.

As we will be awarding 1 supplier per lot:

Customer to select the Lot that meets their specification

The customer will award to the highest ranked supplier that meets their requirements.

Pricing will be determined by annual pricing reviews during Q3/Q4 to ensure the correct price is implemented within our catalogue / website (catalogue runs from April - March). After the fixed pricing period, any price amendments must be agreed in writing with YPO at least 90 days before any proposed changes, and must be backed up with evidence to support any price variations. YPO reserve the right to amend these dates and timings after award.
