Why no open competition: The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the directive
Published justification: Symology Ltd already provide the Authority with full support and maintenance of the Authority’s Insight Asset Management System, its associated licences and support contract. A new contract is being awarded without prior publication due to the service being migrated from the existing locally hosted system to an external hosted environment on a managed service.
