Seeking a one year variation to the school’s existing catering contract with Caterlink. The variation is sought as it was not possible to carry out a public procurement exercise during the pandemic due to the schools closure. The additional one year period is to allow sufficient time to undertake a future procurement once restrictions are lifted. The additional funding does not change the overall nature of the contract.
The contract with Caterlink was procured under the ESPO Framework 704.
