Properties covered by this contract are within the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell and consist of municipal housing. This varies in age from thirty to one hundred and fifty years, of both traditional and system built construction and of low, medium and high rise. What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 80 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 8 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
  • “Day to Day Repairs to Housing 2022 - 2023” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 1 suppliers, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
