Lot distribution rule: The Authority will evaluate each Lot independently. A supplier may bid for one or both Lots, and may be awarded a maximum of two Lots. Each Lot will be awarded to a single supplier, based on the evaluation criteria and compliance with mandatory requirements.
What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
